tinggi aku 157cm
berat aku 90kg!
huhuhuhuh
yg ni maintain selepas pantang secara rejim dengan mak aku (103kg - 90kg = 13kg loss)
so..
mahu cuba ke tak?!
hohoho!
air 3 liter tu mmg ari2!!

  1. ayu jue pun sama tengah cari camana nak kira kalori makanan nie...tak tahu jumpalah kalori sehari dah tahu....tapi bab kira pulak tak pandai....huhuhuhu

    ayu lak tak suka minum air..tak minum air satu hari pun tak per..yg penting kena makan...haha
