Perfect la Sangat La Baked Pasta Ko Ni Ayu!PERASAN!!

salam guys..
minggu ni memang penuh dengan isi - isi and entry cookign and baking je..
pagi - pagi ni dapat la buat entry sesambil menengok project student Dr Raed ni..
gambar menceritakan segala kot?!
ekekekke...



Penne Baked Pasta..
Lebihan pasta yang aku masak pagi tu..
tak laku plak dimakan oleh  budak - budak...

freshly hot from oven masa gambar ni sedang diambil...
as usual..
mari nak share resepi dulu jaa.....

Bechamel Sauce
60g butter, chopped
1/3 cup plain flour
4 1/2 cups milk
75g parmesan cheese, finely grated
1/4 teaspoon salt
good pinch ground nutmeg (aku omit this one)

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until foaming. Add flour. Cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbling. Remove from heat. Slowly add milk, whisking constantly, until mixture is smooth. Return to heat. Cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, for 10 to 12 minutes or until sauce comes to the boil, thickens and coats the back of a wooden spoon. Remove from heat. Stir in parmesan, salt and nutmeg.



Bolognese Sauce

500 gram ground beef
3 cloves garlic
1 big union
1  can of tomato puree
2 tablespoon mixed herbs
sugar and salt to taste

saute garlic and onion
put ground beef and  herbs .cook until tender
pour in the tomato puree and add water if required.
simmers until cook and put sugar with salt to taste.
mixed with cook penne pasta and stil well.


korang akan dapat mcm ni lebih kurang la..

For layering:
start from bottom of tin
: bechamel sauce - 3 types of your Favorite cheese - pasta - cheese - bechamel sauce - cheese -pasta - cheese - bechamel sauce - cheese
: baked for 15 - 20 min on 180 degree Celsius or the surface turn to golden.
