Step One : Do this step before you shutdown the PC

1. Control Panel - Click
2. Administrative Tools - Click 2x
3. Event Viewer - Click 2x
4. Application
5. Action
6. Clear All Events
7. Save - NO
8. System
9. Action
10. Clear All Events
11. Save - NO

Step Two :Do this step after using the Microsoft Word

1. Microsoft Word - Click
2. File - Click
3. Open - Click
4. Look in: History
5. Higlight all and delete

 Step Three : Do this step once in a two week

1. My Computer - Click 2x
2. Local Disc (C) - Click 2x
3. WINDOWS - Click 2x
4. Prefetech - Click 2x
5. Edit - Select All
6. Delete
7. Empty Your Recycle Bin

okay guys..selamat mencoba...

buat pelan - pelan..

kasi bersih PC anda dari files2 yg bukan - bukan..

nnti ade lagi..den pun tengah dalam proses rutin bersihkan PC dari junk - junk yg bukan - bukan..

mungkin benda ni ramai dah tahu and cam remeh..tpi aku arap - arap dapat ler nolong pada yg buto PC or IT cam aku ni..
