Saturday Baking Project 2 : Pizza Margherita



salam guys...
so then..
benar seperti yang aku war - warkan last week..
memang la aku buat pizza tu.
huhuuhh..
sedap la sangat yer?!
pada aku sedap la..
kalau korang nak try..
cubalah yer..



Jadi,Aku Kongsikan Resepinya Di Bawah:

Doh Pizza:
 4 cawan tepung gandum
2 cawan air suam
1 peket yeast segera (mauripan,etc)
secubit garam
2 sudu besar minyak

Cara - cara:
- kacau yeast ke dalam 1 cawan air suam,biarkan sehingga 2 minit.
- Campurkan tepung,garam dan gula ke dalam bekas
- Uli kesemuanya dengan bancuhan yeast dan baki air suam tadi.
- Uli sehingga doh lembut.
- Simpan di dalam peti sejuk sehingga naik 2 kali kali atau sehingga 3 hari.


Sos Pizza:
1 tin tomato puree (nak sedap boleh gunakan 4 biji tomato fresh dikisar tanpa air)
2 ulas bawang putih
1 camca kecil basil kering
sedikit minyak untuk menumis
garam dan gula secukupnya (secubit garam dan 5 sudu besar gula)
1 tin air

Cara - cara:
tumiskan bawang putih sehingga naik bau
masukkan basil..
masukkan tomato puree dan air
didihkan...
serasikan garam dan gula...

*boleh kurangkan gula kalau tak mahu manis sangat.
*sos ini lebih sedap kalau ada fresh basil..


Sekarang adalah waktu yang di tunggu  - tunggu!!
Macam mana nak buat pizza anda sendiri di rumah!!

Mula - Mula sediakan doh pizza anda!!!




Canai doh anda seperti di atas.
anggaran?!
ketebalan adalah nipis tahap sederhana..
pastikan anda taburkan sedikti tepung pada rolling pin anda  dan juga pada permukaan  pencanaian agar  doh tak melekat...




ratakan sedikit minyak masak pada tin pembakar pizza anda dan pindahkan doh yang dicanaikan tadi.panaskan oven anda pada suhu 200 degree celcius selama 10 minit..


kemudian,cucuk sedikit permukaan pizza sebelum disiramkan dengan sos pizza yang telah anda sediakan sebelumnya....


kemudian,taburkan dengan mozzarella cheese dan juga fresh basil sekiranya ada...
berapa kuantiti cheese tu?!bergantung sebenarnya..
kalau suka banyak,banyaklah tabur.
kalau nak biasa - biasa saja,taburlah sikit saja...


kemudian,bakarlah selama 15 - 20 minit pada suhu 200 degree celcius...




Sedap dimakan suam - suam juga.

Ayu - thanks share di sini. Piza ni memang tak pernah cuba buat sendiri hatta cuba buat topping saja pun tak pernah. Pernah 1 day, my hasben noticed yang akak tak pernah cuba masak piza. Tak kofiden boleh buat sebenarnya. Tengok kat sini, tergerak hati nak cuba ni.
