Resepi Snow Cheesecake : Langkah Demi Langkah


Salam Guys...
1st time trial on buat Snow cheesecake
mmg menakutkan dan mendebarkan since kami ni bab buat cake sponge la failed!
maybe resepi salah dulu - dulu kot and maybe jugak sbb keberanian tu belum ade lagi..
eh..bukan keberanian tapi lebih kepada keyakinan

jadi..
harini nak share resepi yang kami copy paste dari blog Kak Ummi (Home Sweet Home) 
yang mana sumber asal resepi ni Kak Ummi ambil dari blog Kak Zai dan Rahel


Snow Cheese Cake

Snow Cheesecake

Bahan: Kami Guna Tin Cake Bulat Size 8 inch

  • 6 biji telur ayam (buang 2 putihnya) (kami campur2)
  • 100g gula halus (1 cawan kami agak2)
  • 100g tepung hong kong (kami guna tepung naik sendiri)
  • 60g tepung jagung (beli kat kedai supply bakery)
  • 50g air sejuk (dari peti sejuk)
  • 1 sudu teh baking powder
  • 2 sudu makan ovalet
  • 75g mentega (dicairkan) *kami guna marjerin 

Untuk krim:
  • 1 kotak cream cheese philadelphia (250 gm) *kami guna brand tartura
  • 1/2 tin susu pekat manis -kami letak agak2 sampai betul2 sebati dan manis ikut selera kami
 (satukan kedua bahan & putar sehinggatidak berketul-ketul).

additional : kami buh blueberry filling kat tgh2 cake.


Untuk Toping:
  • 1/2 kotak kraft cheddar cheese (parutkan) *kami guna readymade yang dh siap parut

Cara:
  • Masukkan semua bahan-bahan kecuali mentega cair dan putar.
  • Putar dengan kelajuan sederhana sehingga pekat & putih.Akhir sekali masukkan mentega cair. Putar lagi sehingga sebati dan pekat.
  • Sediakan acuan yang telah dialas dengan kertas minyak atau yang disapu dengan sedikit butter.
  • Bakar dalam acuan dengan menggunakan api atas dan bawah selama 45 minit ke 1 jam dengan kepanasan 150'C.


  • Bila sudah masak biarkan sejuk.  Bila dah sejuk, ambil pisau kek dan potong di tengah2 kek supaya menjadi dua bahagian.
  • Sapukan cream cheese di atas separuh kek tadi

  • ni mengikut selera kami.jadi kami tambah dengan blueberry filling


  •  letakkan sebahagian lagi kek di atasnya.

  • haa kau.setompok kirm kat situ!


  • Sapukan lebihan krim cheese sehingga menutupi seluruh kek


  • Akhir sekali taburkan cheese kraf yang telah diparut tadi ke seluruh kek sebagai toppingnya.



  • Masukkan dalam peti ais dalam 1-2 jam. Lepas tu baru potong.



cake ni rasanya ade rasa lemak berkrim manis, manis, masam - masam buah sikit sebab kami letak blueberry filling dan jugak masi dari keju cheddar tu.

Sedapnye laaa hai... kami ni lg la tak reti, bukan saja tak berani nak buat, nak menerai pun malas :P
