Moist Banana Cake With Caramel Buttercream And Caramelized Banana Topping

 Salam Guys..
lama tak bersiaran bersungguh - sungguh dalam blog ni
biasalah
tuntutan kerja dan anak - anak
so as usual, kami nak share resepi yang kami berjaya buat
renyah tak renyah tapi ending result.
alhamdulillah
1 rumah tak berhenti - henti makan
syukur tak membazir




Untuk Kek Pisang
180grammarjerin (planta)
6 bijitelur
1 3/4 cawangula kastor
2 cawansuperfine flour
1 sudu tehbaking powder
1 sudu tehbaking soda
1/2 cawanbuttermilk
2 cawan (4 biji dilenyek)pisang
1 sudu tehessen vanila
Untuk Caramel
1 cawangula
1/2 cawansusu sejat
6 - 7 sudu besarmentega

Untuk Banana Caramelized Topping
2 biji (potong bulat)pisang
1/2 cawangula perang
1/2 cawansusu sejat
4 sudu besarmentega
Caramel Buttercream
125gmentega
150gshortening
1/2 - 1 cawanicing sugar
1 sudu besarcaramel



Untuk Membuat kek Pisang
Panaskan Oven 180 degree celcius. Putar Marjerin dengan gula sehingga gebu dan pucat
Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji. putar dengan kelajuan perlahan.
Masukkan pisang dan essen vanila
Masukkan tepung yang telah diayak dengan baking soda dan baking powder.
Masukkan berselang - seli dengan buttermilk. Tepung - buttermilk - tepung - buttermilk - tepung. Gaul sebati
Bahagikan adunan kepada 2 bahagian dan bakar selama 50 - 60 minit atau sehingga masak.


Untuk Buat Caramel
Panaskan gula dalam periuk non stick sehingga bertukar keperangan dengan api sederhana besar
Ketepikan periuk. Masukkan susu sejat (hati - hati. isi akan membuak - buak dan sedikit meletup)
Kacau dengan senduk kayu dan masukkan mentega sedikit demi sedikit sehingga adunan sedikit licin dan likat. Biarkan sejuk.


Untuk Buat Banana Caramelized Topping
Cairkan gula perang dengan susu sejat dan mentega
Setelah cair, masukkan pisang
Reneh sehingga sedikit pekat dan tuang ke dalam mangkuk. biarkan sejuk.


Untuk Buat Caramel Buttercream
Pukul mentega dengan shortening sehingga lembut
Masukkan gula icing yang telah diayak sedikit demi sedikit sementara kelajuan pemutar adalah berkelajuan sederhana laju
Masukkan caramel tadi dan gaul sebati.


Untuk Menghias Kek
Potong kek pisang kepada 2 bahagian. jadi anda akan dapat 4 layer kek.ketepikan
Setiap lapisan kek, anda isi dengan sedikit caramel buttercream. Salutkan juga bahagian luar kek.
Dengan menggunakan piping beg, hias bahagian atas kek dengan caramel tadi. boleh buat silang - silang atau lingkaran
Akhir sekali susun banana caramellized tadi mengikut suka. siap dihidang. Enak dimakan dengan kopi panas
