just remind to myself for yesterday entry...
and always remember those word from Prof Dr Muhaya: Apa Ada Dengan Penghargaan Manusia?!
semalam punya entry not about ketidak - puasan hati..
but more how immortal become fragile with the system that they made.
too many flawless, too many defects...
either we being tied to the system, or we already being manipulated with the system?!
sebenarnya.. ade sedikit kesinambungan dari kisah di tempat kerja sebetulnya...
itu yang buat kami berhenti sejenak dan berfikir...
kenapa manusia mudah menjadi hamba pada sistem dan mudah diperkotak - katikkan dengan sistem.
dengan isu semasa yang berbangkit sekarang ni...
nauzubillah..nauzubillah...
pakaian dunia kalian nanti adakah sama dengan pakaian di akhirat?!

Today nak share resepi yang dak ara plak suke makan tetiba..
nak namakan ape ye resepi ni?!
just sponge cake buat ala2 layer, lepas tu buh creamcheese frosting dan buh buahan2 segar kat celah - celah tu.
sape - sape nak cuba..
meh la try.
resepi kat bawah ni..

 Strawberry Fruit Cake Layer

 Bahan Untuk Sponge Cake:
 3 biji telur
1/2 cawan castor sugar
1/2 cawan air sejuk dari peti sejuk
1 sudu besar ovellete
1 cawan tepung naik sendiri
1 sudu besar tepung jagung
1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
1 sudu teh baking powder
1 sudu teh strawberry emulsion / essen
70gram mentega cair


Bahan Untuk Frosting dan Filling:
150 gram creamcheese
3/4 cawan icing sugar
sedikit perahan lemon
sedikit hirisan buah - buahan sebagai hiasan dan filling



Cara - cara:
Sponge Cake:
Satukan kesemua bahan - bahan kecuali mentega cair
Pukul sehingga kembang dan gebu
Kemudian masukkan mentega cair dan pukul lagi 2 -3 minit
Tuang adunan dalam loyang 4 segi bersize 10 atau 12 inci
Bakar pada suhu 180 degree celsuis selama 15min atau sehingga bahagian tengah masak sempurna

Cara - cara:
Creamcheese frosting
Satukan creamcheese, gula icing dan perahan lemon
pukul sehingga gula sebati 



How to assembly:

1. Bila kek dah sejuk.. potong kepada  6 keping segiempat tepat. ketepikan
2. Sapukan creamcheese frosting dan hirisan buah pada layer kek yang pertama
3. Teruskan lagi sehingga anda dapat 6 layer cake yang berlapis
4. Sejukkan sebentar dalma peti sejuk sebelum dimakan..
