tooo lazy and too boring and also lost idea to wrote
and perhaps today is the of incoming fabulous idea. (sila muntah ijo!)
FOR THE CAKE
1 cup cocoa powder2/3 cup boiling water
1/2 cup nutella spread
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 teaspoon essence vanilla
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
FOR THE FROSTING
1 1/2 cup butter
3 cups powder sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup nutella
200 - 250g cooking chocolate (Double Boiled)
1/3 cup shortening
METHOD : FOR THE CAKE
Preheat the oven 350 degree Fahrenheit / 175 degree Celsius
Stir the cocoa powder with boiling water, nutella , buttermilk and vanila (cocoa mixture)
Beat sugar with butter, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla with med speed for about 3 minutes or until pale and fluffy
Put in egg, one in a time
Turn on speed to low, alternately pour the flour with cocoa mixture
Grease 9 inch pan / 7 inch pan (round or square)
Pour in the batter mixture and bake for about 30 - 35 minutes.
METHOD : FOR THE FROSTING
Beat butter and shortening until fluffy
Gradually add sugar and salt
Beat until smooth
Add vanilla
Add Nutella with cooking choclate and beat until smooth and silky
